AURI — RETURN POLICY

At AURI, each piece is crafted in limited quantities and handled with individual care.
To preserve quality, exclusivity, and fairness to all customers:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No returns.
No exchanges.

Every garment is inspected before packaging and shipped directly from our studio.

Order Changes

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified.
If an address is entered incorrectly, reach out immediately — but if the package has shipped, AURI is not responsible for delays or delivery errors.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
We will assist you promptly.
