At AURI, every piece is crafted, handled, and packaged with the same precision we bring to the brand itself. Once your order is placed, it enters our priority workflow.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed same day or next business day.
(1–2 business days max for ready-made items.)
You will receive tracking the moment your label is created.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
We ship exclusively with UPS to ensure speed, reliability, and premium handling.
Shipping times vary by location, but most orders from Nevada arrive within 1–4 business days for Ground.
ORDER CHANGES & ADDRESS UPDATES
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified.
If the shipping address is incorrect, contact us immediately.
If the package has already shipped, AURI is not responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect information.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once the carrier marks the package as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please file a claim directly with UPS.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final.
No returns, cancellations, or exchanges.
Every drop is limited — once it leaves the studio, it’s yours.
