Welcome to AURI. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By visiting our site, placing an order, or interacting with AURI in any way, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

AURI reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that:

  • Content may be transferred unencrypted

  • You will not copy,  exploit, or misuse any part of the website, products, or content

  • AURI may update, modify, or discontinue products or services at any time

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION & AVAILABILITY

Each AURI drop is produced in limited quantities.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities per order

  • Adjust product descriptions, pricing, and availability

  • Discontinue items at any time without notice

All product images, textures, and finishes are represented as accurately as possible, but colors may vary depending on screen and device settings.

3. ORDERING & ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

You agree to provide:

  • Accurate billing information

  • Correct shipping information

  • A valid email and phone number

AURI is not responsible for delays or loss caused by incorrect address entries.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

4. PAYMENT

We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods provided by Shopify’s payment gateway.

You authorize AURI to charge your method of payment for any orders placed.

All pricing is listed in USD.

5. SHIPPING

AURI ships exclusively through UPS.

Processing time: Same day or next business day (1–2 days max).
Customers will receive tracking once the label is created.

AURI is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Packages marked “delivered” but not received

  • Lost or stolen shipments

If your package is lost or damaged, please contact UPS to file a claim.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final.
No returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist.

7. ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

AURI may limit or cancel orders at our discretion, including those that appear to be placed:

  • Under false information

You agree to update your billing and account information when necessary.

8. OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

AURI may provide access to third-party tools or services (such as UPS tracking or payment gateways).
We do not control these services and are not responsible for any issues arising from their use.

By using these tools, you accept that they are provided “as-is” and “as available.”

9. ERRORS, INACCURACIES & OMISSIONS

Occasionally, the site may contain:

  • Typographical errors

  • Pricing mistakes

  • Shipping fee errors

  • Promotional inaccuracies

AURI reserves the right to correct any errors and update information at any time without prior notice.

10. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the site or AURI products for:

  • Illegal purposes

  • Harassment, abuse, or discrimination

  • Uploading harmful or malicious code

  • Interfering with site security or functionality

Violation may result in terminated access.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

AURI does not guarantee that:

Your exclusive remedy is to discontinue using our site and services.
